Competitive Analysis

The Client company's key markets are quantified, and several dimensions of company competitiveness are identified through a group meeting with key managers and sales & marketing personnel, and then compared against the key competitors (2 to 5 companies depending on market). Information gathering can be based on internal Client company data, or a bench-marking project can be undertaken, whereupon competitors will be asked to participate in exchange for a abbreviated version of the competitive analysis report.
