Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats Analysis is performed through individual interviews of key managers/employees of the organization, followed by an off-site structured group discussion with all interviewees, to reach a group consensus on prioritization of S.W.O.T. areas for the organization.  A report is then provided to the Client, with the outcome of the analysis, along with identified Gaps to bridge, and Improvement vectors for making actionable the results of the analysis.
